Laced with Grace ‘Roll-Call’
We would like to invite all supporters/readers of Laced with Grace to be part of our Blogroll. I already ‘collected’ some URL’s of women who are interested in being added.
Debbie, from Fruit Of The Spirit, was kind enough to create a small button for your sidebar to display your support (if you like the smaller kind ):
Please send a request for a button or to be added to the blogroll to this email address, or you can leave me a comment here…
Also, CJ added a prayer page to Laced with Grace called “The Power of Prayer“…We hope that you will visit the prayer page often. There are no comments on the prayer page, but a link to an email address. We want to protect your privacy and only share with our visitors the prayer.
I hope to see you soon on our Blogroll or prayer page…
Laced with Grace Launching…
Yes, I can not believe it, but the launch of Laced with Grace is happing tomorrow. I just want to invite my readers to stop by this up-coming week. We have a fixed rotation (I know it sounds like an oxymoron – but is really not) of the team members. The Team-Blog consists of 5 women who will write during the week and two women who will write on the Sundays “Inspirational Thoughts”.
I like to introduce you to the team, their respective Blogs and their scheduled days on Laced with Grace:
- Tracey from Extreme Adventures in Knitting and Motherhood ~ Tuesday
- CJ from The Imperfect Christian ~ Wednesday
- Heather from Graced by Christ ~ Thursday
- Lynn from Spiritually Unequal Marriage ~ Friday
- Sissy from The Whippoorwill Chronicles ~ October 15th (after that every other Sunday)
- Ellen from MzEllen & Co. ~ October 22nd (after that every other Sunday)
- Myself ~ Monday
We hope that you will find Laced with Grace a place of encouragement. We pray that we will glorify Him with our writings and that we will be a blessing to the Blogging community. We humbly ask to support Laced with Grace with your prayers. Darlene from CWO Ezine and Amy from The 160 Acre Woods created wonderful buttons for us, so you may display a link to Laced with Grace on your Sidebar. You can find them on LWG in the Sidebar under ‘Support‘. And for our readers convenience, we added subscribe buttons for Bloglines and email. If there are any other things you would like to see on Laced with Grace, please do let us know. We are ready to serve Him and you…
Up-Date: Please pray for one of our team-members and her family. CJ’s little girl is in the hostipal right now and we are not certain yet when she will be returning home…Please pray for healing and comfort ~ Thank you.
“Lord of Heaven and Earth. You are the Comforter of all who turn to You. Lord, mold us, use us for Your purpose alone. Help us every step of the way to follow Your holy calling to encourage who comes in contact with us. We are trusting in Your mercy and grace. In the precious name of Jesus. Amen.”
New Beginnings…
Most of you might have read it already today – CWO’s blog closed down. First, I would like to thank all my readers who faithfully visted over there. It was a wonderful adventure. Personally I am very sad about it, because it was something I always wanted to do – Team Blogging with other Christian women. Darlene gave me the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone. Although my English is still not the best, I feel more comfortable blogging with other women…
I have been praying since Wednesday night about what to do with the experience I received at the CWO’s blog. I am taking a huge leap of faith. I trust in Him to see me through this new project. If it fails, well, so be it! But I finally want to really step out and glorify Him, who has given me so much…
Okay, here is goes: I am working to get a devotional blog of the ground. I have already two ladies who committed their time to this new blog. We hope to have it up and running by October 9th. We will share our thoughts Mondays – Fridays with you and we hope that you will stop by once in a while. Since this blog is still in its infant stage, I need your help:
- We are looking for 2 more women who are interested in writing a devotional once a week for that blog. Requirements? That you personally confess the Apostles’ Creed; you like to encourage women of all ages in their walk of faith. That’s it!
Please leave me a comment or email me (you can find the email address in my sidebar ). Oh, you wonder what the name of the blog will be? “Laced with Grace”. As soon as we have the team together, I will share more details about the writers.
Darlene – I want to thank you for the experience at CWO’s blog and for helping out with the promotion of “Laced with Grace”.
