Comments now closed; winner to be announced tomorrow (5/13) afternoon

Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
(1 John 4:11 ESV)

I hope you are all well. The last two weeks have been a little hectic in the Nelson household. Many of you may know that my beloved has been very sick. He is now home, but the challenge with eating and medication continues. We have another appointment with his heart-specialist on Monday, May 7th. If you think of us, please pray for my beloved.

The ‘adventure’ has taught me many things; especially that we need to make every minute count that we are this side of heaven. Tell your loved ones how important they are to you and that they are loved.

With this being said, I was inspired by the wall art of Holley Gerth and Dee Kasberger to have a Mothers Day giveaway. You do not have to be a mother; all women are encouraged to enter this giveaway (US & Canada Only please). You may chose to have the wall art on black or white canvas.

I will keep the comments open until Saturday, May 12th, 9pm Arizona time. All you have to do is leave a comment below. I will announce the winner next Sunday, May 13th.

So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.
(1 John 4:16 ESV)

Love & peace,
Iris

  6. We walk in the Blessing! God did so much for us at the cross. I been trying to make my words line up with the word of God. Say what He says about me! Praying the Word for you and your beloved…I am the Lord Who heals you. Exodus 15:26…therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high… I will never forsake him…and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him… 16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him My salvation…Psalms 91:14-16 Hang tight with Jesus! He says He is the Lord who heals ALL your diseases! ALL and we believe it! We speak healing to your beloved! The Word does not come back to us void! The Lord loves to hear His word!

  7. the wall art is so inspirational and very pretty too! Please add me to the give-away drawing.

I’m not very aquainted with your blog, I’ve plugged in with a couple Thankful Thursdays here and there, but today I read that your husband has been ill. I’m so sorry, as I surely don’t like it when my husband, or the children, battle with sickness at times. My heart becomes heavy for them, as I’m sure yours is for your beloved.
Our God is so Good, so Big and I’ll remember you and your beloved in my prayers.

    Blessings & Joy!
    ~Deanna
