I just can’t help it, but Carol and Lauren have beat me to it. I used to give out “Blog of the Week” awards on My Lighter Side, but for some reason I stopped sometime in March :sad:.
Anyway, I decided to have a new award from Sting my Heart. I have read so many wonderful blogs over the past couple of months that truly have encouraged me. The blog owners have shown that even in the midst of trials and tribulations, there is always a Light at the end for the tunnel – Jesus, our Light in this darkened world. He is our hope for a better tomorrow. He is the one we can turn to with all our burdens. So, without further due let me introduce you to: Sting My Heart – Encourager of the Month Award:
For the month of May 2006, the award goes to no other than Angie at Carolina Rags. What an incredible woman of faith. Angie is a 35 year old Christian, saved by grace, Mommy to 4 beautiful children. She is a SAHM who designs purses and such, to support her family. Check out her website of her products – they are really cool. If you never have visited Angie, please do so and check out her testimony. Thanks Angie for showing the blogging world that there is comfort in His Word, no matter what valleys we are traveling.

First off, I would like to thank our heavenly Father! Without Him I would not be who I am today! (hands up to the sky)
Secondly, my loving, caring (incarcerated) husband, without him and the things that he put me through I would NOT have this story to tell! I love you baby! (blow kiss)
