Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
be acceptable in your sight,
O LORD, my rock and my redeemer.
(Psalm 19:14 ESV)
My friend Laurie at “Women Taking A Stand” is unable to host Thankful Thursday this week due to no Internet access. I am glad that you still stopped by today.
Psalm 19:14 is one of the Scripture passages I pray each morning before heading to work. It truly helps me to focus to Who I belong to. For me it is important that Christ is reflecting through me each day.
I believe that I had mentioned before that I keep a Scripture passage at my work station. When my day gets a little frazzled, I gaze at the Scripture passage to get me back on track.
I am thankful that His Word is available to me when I need it.
What are you thankful for this week? Please do share with us by leaving a link to your Thankful Thursday post below.
Thank you for stopping by today. Remember: Let His light reflect through you so that you may give hope to the people you come in contact with.
Love & peace
Iris

That’s a great idea to keep a scripture verse or two on you desk. I’ve taped them to my computer, too, and found that having them there as a reminder really helps. I’m thankful for God’s word and the promise He gives to never leave us!
Blessings, Joan
Whoops! Sorry my name didn’t show up in the comment above! Have a wonderful day, Iris!
I like that you pray that verse before work. What a wonderful prayer and focus.
Have a good Thursday, Iris.

I’m thankful that He directs our paths if we ask Him to. I have 2 plaques over my desk — one with Prov. 3:5, and the other with Prov. 3:6, and I look up at them often. Thanks for hosting & God bless!
Happy Easter!
Blessings,
Pia
