What Sting My Heart is thankful for this week

“From the fullness of his grace we have all received one blessing after another.” ~ John 1:16

  • I am thankful for God continue blessings in my life. He is amazing. Although He gives and takes away, His love for all of us is awesome.
  • I am thankful for a wonderful birthday celebration yesterday. My Sweetheart and I had a wonderful dinner last night at my favorite restaurant.
  • I am thankful for all the awesome birthday wishes yesterday on my WW post. – Thank you.
  • I am thankful for the special birthday wishes via e-cards I received from E-Mom, Janice, Jamie, Robin, Sissy, Darlene and Jenn. You ladies are just too kind. I am thankful for your friendship.
  • I am thankful that the youth around the world is praying in public schools around the world, at least once a year.
  • I am thankful that Chrixean had a safe delivery of her little baby girl, Kirsten Soleil.

I know this is a short Thankful post, but I have to get ready for work. I hope you all have a blessed day. Let me know though, in case you stop by today, what you are thankful for…

  1. I love reading your Thankful Thursday posts. They always help me to remember the important things.

I checked again on my WordPress template and it is definitely 1.5. So I don’t know if my plugin will work for you. But I hope so. Good luck!

  2. Happy Birthday again!!!
I LOVED going to sub at a high school yesterday, and seeing a huge crowd of teenagers praying around their flagpole! And I kept my eye out for the blue wristbands some were wearing! It warmed my heart to see it in a place where the kids seem so nasty at times! Yet in all that there are kids who know the love of Christ and who are willing to share it too!

  3. I am so glad you mentioned it…when I dropped my daughter off at school the other day they were gathering around the flagpole. when I picked her up she explained that they were praying…I was astounded…even more so when she said everyone got a chance for a prayer request..now know why. I pray they would do that everyday!! Mydaughter was so excited about it. Every once inawhile she wears her “church” t-shirts to school and I always half expect them to send her home saying they are inappropriate. BTW whose idea was this to pray at school?
BTW you’re welcome….glad you had a wonderful day!!!! What’s your favorite restaurant???

  4. I didn’t make it by here yesterday, so happy late birthday from me. I have to say that I am thankful for the evidence I see of God @ work in so many people I know. Especially one young lady who is committing to drug rehab, help me pray fervently for her. We’ll just call her “A”. Thanks.
