Thankful Thursday ~ Grace

“But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.”

Grace has been running through my head all day…Grace is partially defined as “unmerited divine assistance given humans for their regeneration or sanctification; a virtue coming from God; a state of sanctification enjoyed through divine grace”. Yes, I do enjoy His grace, but also the grace of others–so grace will be my personal focus this week…

  • I am thankful for friends who will speak with truth in love, seasoned with grace…

  23. I pray that as you leave your house for your vacation/birthday time that God allows the stress of life to roll away. That your time with your hubby is all that you could hope it to be. I thank God that you are going to experience such a time of rest and refreshing that you don’t dread coming home–you actually will look forward to it.
