“I gain understanding from your precepts;
therefore I hate every wrong path.
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.”
~ Psalm 119:104-105
- I am thankful that I have His Word to guide me through this life. Every morning I receive strength reading His Word. Not sure where I would be without it…
- I am thanful for the massive thunderstorm that rolled through the Valley of the Sun last night. Although many people where without power for a few hours, the rain was much needed. Although it felt like a sauna today.
- I am thankful that I have a roof over my head and don’t have to worry where to sleep at night.
- I am thankful for having enough money to redecorate our bedroom…I really enjoy the new colors on my bedspread .
What are you thankful for this week? Remember, when you feel a little down, grab His great book to drink in His promises and receive His strength. He is mighty and can help you through the day…

Great things to be thankful for!
I saw on the other blog that you are closing it down! I have no idea how you kept up two of them in the first place.
I so didn’t even realize it was Thursday!
I am thankful for the rain we had last week, too. It was MUCH needed.
I am thankful my brother just moved a few houses down.
I am thankful for AC (I think I said that last week but still)
I am thankful for Joe.
Great things to be thankful for.
There is nothing like the Word of God, I must agree.
I am thankful for:
My wonderful husband that the Lord has blessed me with
My best girlfriend and how much she is growing in the Lord.
For the mitey work he is doing in John’s family and some people I have been preying for.
For God’s Word to turn to , learn from and be blessed through.

Thanks for the weather report! Wish I was with you in the Valley of the Sun… I love it there in the desert.
I am thankful for my love of learning! I’m grateful the Word has provided a lifetime of study, and will continue to provide hope, stimulation, and life. When times are better, I plan to visit Israel (also a desert!) so I can learn more about Hebrew/Jewish culture.
Hi there! I love your thankful list, especially that part where you got to redecorate your room! I so love it when we are given the opportunity to improve our surroundings and having the provisions to make it possible 🙂 My TTh is up too! God bless!! mwah *
