Last week, I read an interview with Lisa Shaw on my friend Debbie’s blog, “Heart Choices“. I haven’t met Lisa in person, but I know Lisa through the internet. Lisa is such an encouragement to many of us who have been around for a little while.
At any rate, I ordered Lisa’s book last week and it arrived today just in time for me to post about it for Thankful Thursday. I can’t wait to read her book “You are beautiful in God’s Eyes”.
Lisa also included a sweet personal note, that blessed my socks off 🙂 …That is just so like Lisa.

Iris, you won’t be disappointed in Lisa’s book. She shares from her heart and is very real. I can attest to her authenticity as I’ve met her face to face. She drove three hours to meet me when I went back to Florida to see my family. She fit right in eating Norwegian waffles with us. She has a very popular sanguine personality but she truly loves people and best of all; she’s loves the Lord. What more can I say?
I must add that I am so glad you and I had the opportunity to meet in person too. And I hope that we will be able to eventually get together again to visit.
