Although there are many things that are important to me, but this one is very easy to photograph 😀 . Yeah – I am still German and I need my passport to travel.
Thank you so much for stopping by today…have a super/duper weekend.
that’s important! can’t imagine losing the passport when we’re abroad… *gulpz*
Ooooooooh…. I don’t even HAVE one of them! But I WANT one! And I WANT to make it an IMPORTANT part of my life too!!!
A passport is definitely important, especially when you’re in a foreign country. You don’t want to lose it in another country! 😀
Very important indeed. Does Germany still not allow dual citizenship? Australia didn’t for the longest time and I would not give up my citizenship, even after many years in Canada. Finally they changed and I was first in line to become Canadian and Australian.
passports have really become more and more important since 9/11. We can’t even come back from Canada without one anymore…
Wow–very important. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by today… You are a breath of fresh air in blogville… Blessings Iris. Your Thankful Thursday meme is my favorite one of all..
Yes, very important.
I don’t even have a passport but maybe one day I’ll need one! Very important for you, I know. I hope you get to visit family there soon – or perhaps them visit you.
Excellent choice for “important” , Iris!!! I’ve been seeing a lot of passports for this week’s theme.
Mine’s posted, drop by for a visit if you can find time.
Yes, passports are very important when traveling to many foreign countries. Our humans always have theirs with them when traveling, but never have to show them when traveling by plane within the EU from Germany, even though they are Canadian.
Perfect for the theme. Oh, I think mine expires this year! Thanks for the reminder!
I am in the process of getting my passport. Never needed one before, I have been to the Bahamas and Mexico, but back then you didn’t need a passport. We are hoping to do some big traveling this year (with my new business) and can’t go anywhere anymore without a passport.
I had a passport when I went to England in 1964 and then to Thiland and Philippines…. We then toured Europe and I have all the stamps from all the countries….. It is wonderful to go and look at from time to time………………..
We are in the process of getting our passports now. I can’t wait till I have my very own passport! Great take on the theme this week 😀
May I just say (as a delighted new reader to your beautiful blog) that your joy is absolutely contagious, and I feel so enlightened after perusing your many worthy thoughts. As a fellow sister in Christ, who has just recently escaped from a cult which trapped me in legalism, just reading the word grace is a breath of fresh air! Praise the Lord for women like yourself!

I don’t even have a passport. One day I’ll get one but for now it’s just not necessary.
