- I am thankful for my Lord’s strength these past days at work. I know, I had prayed for a change in my working life, and He sure has given it to me. I am just glad that when I don’t know what else to do or how to react, I can just shut down and let Him take over.
- I am thankful for bloggers like Diane, who encourage and pray for prodigals. Today she has a wonderful post about a young man who gave his life over to the Lord and the Lord answered in His own way. Sometimes we might not understand His ways, but don’t forget: His ways are higher than our own. Visit Diane today and read her post “Last Words“.
- I am thankful for my Sweetheart, who without hesitation drove East with me, so I could take pictures of the amazing rugged, Arizona desert. I have shared already a couple pictures here and there and will over the next couple of weeks. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do :razz:.
- And I am thankful this week for readers like you, who nominated Sting my Heart for the Blog of Beauty Awards. You are wonderful…

I think that no matter how bad our situations are, we should look for at least 1 thing to be thankful for. Mind you I think we have a lot that we can/should be thankful for, but we should at least look for 1.
I see you play Thankful Thursday but I saw your name on the Thursday Thirteen blogroll. Very nice post. I’ve been doing some reflecting on what I have been thankful for lately. Check out my TT this week, it’s not about this but it is spiritually related which I think you may like.
You deserve all those nominations! Your Godly attitude is very encouraging.
One more thing… I LOVE the Arizona desert!!! Ever visited the Desert Botanical Garden in the Phoenix area? We loved it. We have seriously considered moving down your way. (The jury’s still out.) Meanwhile, I’m trying to figure out how to work my desert photos into my blog. I’ll keep trying…
