Tackle It ~ The Closet
As I mentioned yesterday, today’s project was planned 4 weeks ago. That is when I took the ‘before picture’. But than we bought the beautiful bed stuff and out the window went my closet project. Until Sunday. You know, a closet can only take so much. Sunday, I just put one more pair of jeans…

The ‘Little’ Things
“The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.” ~ Psalm 28:7 (ESV – emphasis mine) I have to be honest, I take often the ‘little’ things for granted. So this week, I thought I…
…And Accomplished
Yeah – I did it! Moved the lamp, rearranged the books and voila – it looks much better. And hey the shoes are gone as well . Okay – time to go to bed. I will have one hour more to sleep than last night. Have a great one.

“Just as an inferno begins with but a spark, a field grows vast and plentiful from the sprinkling of seeds” ~ Stephanie Fries ~ Steph’s Poetry Corner I had many thoughts come to mind reading this week’s quote — and to be honest – I have no idea where I will go with this post…
Calming the Storm
“But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him, “Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?” And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.” ~ Mark 4:38-40…
Who ever Said…
…that you can’t jazz up old hymns has not heard the “Redemption Songs” album by the group “Jars of Clay“. When you grew up like me with Rock – you will appreciate this project. The melody lines and the lyrics are from old, favorite hymns, like “Nothing but the Blood”, “I’ll Fly Away” or the…
I grew up in California, so this picture brings back memories!
Blessings!
I don’t go to that particular store, but I hit one just like almost every day.

Isn’t it amazing that us women have to that everyday … no matter where in the world you find yourself … I live in South Africa and I find myself going into PicknPay (http://www.picknpay.co.za) evey single day of the week. Happy WW. I have also posted a WW today
That picture is so good you should sell it to them for advertising!! Well done my friend.
I remember these stores from when I lived out in California! Wish we had them here in Connecticut! Thanks for the memories!
Wow that’s the nicest looking safeways I’ve ever seen. They don’t look anything like that in this country!! lol.
I go to the store very frequently myself!
You *should sell it for advertising! It’s a great pic. I love that you took a photo of the market, it’s such a big part of our lives.

I have been so fortunate to not have to worry too much on the shopping for groceries. My hubby is the great shopper and seems to enjoy doing it. He has three stores he shops all for different deals. I just keep a list on the fridge and he fills it. Sure hope that doesn’t change when I go to work!
Thanks for stopping by my photo blog today! Hope you are having a wonderful Wednesday!
LOL – Daily eh?
I’m not familiar with that store. It looks nice and sunny in your photo.
